I  am an optimistic, introverted, socially adaptable college student. So that is what I know right now.  I grew up Christian going to Bible camp and eventually working there. That was seven years of my life. The next two take place at college where I meet new people who are now the closest friends I have. I would like to say that I am more open and willing to jump into any situation because of them. I guess that I can say that I am a risk taker now.

My name is Eddie, and I am a human. I am made up of complicated organs and bones with names I can't pronounce. I'm still young and ignorant about many things, but I am eager to learn. I keep my mind open to ideas but am not a fool as to believe everything told to me. I don't typically get along with average people.  I don't like when people waste my time, either.  I hate working customer service of many kinds. I like pizza. Making music is my purpose. I play guitar in my band (Sound of Sleep). I also do my band's recording, engineering, mixing, mastering, and most of the writing.

Writer.  Teacher.  Dog-lover.  Most importanly, mother.  My name is Laura Benda, and I teach Creative Writing at the Institute of Production and Recording, as well as other writing and communication classes.  I received my master's degree in Creative Writing from Hamline University in 2011 and my bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002.  I'm currently working on revising and finding a publisher for my manuscript, A Memoir in Men, as I try to convince my 2-year-old and my 2-month-old that sleeping through the night is a good thing.
